STONE HOUSE TREASURES 591 Durham Road Wrightstown, Pa. 18940 215-806-5465 Wed thru Sat 10-5, Sun 11-5 Consignment shop policies 1) The consigned price of an item will be set by management at the time of consignment 2) All items will be kept for a period of 75 days, with automatic 15% to 50% markdowns taken after 60 days. Markdowns depend on the condition, season, and demand for the item.  In addition, Stone House Treasures will hold normal periodic sales of out-of-season and clearance merchandise and any merchandise in stock is subject to these sales.  3) You will receive a check monthly ( issued on the 7th of each month) for 50% of the proceeds for all items sold in the previous month. Checks will be issued for amounts in excess of $25.00. Any amount below $25.00 will accrue until the following months check. 4) All unsold property will become the property of Stone House Treasures after the end of the consignment period and will either be donated or sold at drastically reduced pricing.  More expensive items and furniture may be picked up within 7 days after the 75-day consignment period. 5) All merchandise must be brought in by appoinment on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday mornings from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.  If necessary, special arrangements can be made outside normal appointment days. 6) We will accept up to 15 clothing items per appoinment.  Seasonal clothing and merchandise must be no older than 2 years, stylish, and in very good condition, i.e., no holes, stains, buttons missing, worn cuffs, smoke odors, etc. All clothing must be clean, pressed, and on hangers you can leave. Shoes accepted for consignment must be in nearly mint condition and current styles. Non-clothing items must be in good condition, i.e., no cracks, chips, missing parts, etc.  7) Hours of operation are Wednesday thru Saturday 10-5, Sunday 11 - 5 p.m.  8) We specialize in the following: Name-brand women's dresses, suits, scarves, dress slacks, blouses, blazers and casual wear. ( Best selling brands are Liz Claiborne, Jones New York, Ann Taylor, Kasper, Chicos, Bebe, etc. ). In addition, contemporary home decor accessories, housewares, and furniture are always in demand.
